Our program is for MEN, WOMEN, and CHILDREN starting at the age of 5. It is a Cardio Combination of Runs, Drills, Circuit Training, and Technique Review. We offer a wide variety of Moves and Techniques that will work in real life situations and athletic competitions. The safety and care of all students is paramount. This is a progressive program that is designed to help everybody expand their Fitness, Cardiovascular, and Psychological abilities. We strive to bring out the best in each student through Positive Motivation, Team Work, Psychology, and Constant Review.

Many other Teams & Organizations along with the U.S. Military, and Law Enforcement Agencies have sent thier personel to the UGA for our Specialized Training Courses. This program is endorsed & supported by members of: U.S. Armed Forces, California Highway Patrol, AIMS INSURANCE, Day One Websites, Streetz Fight Gear, S.B. County Sheriffs Dept., Fontana PD, U.S. Investigations, Riverside County Sherrifs Dept., F.B.I., Office of Fugitive Investigations, CA. Dept. of Corrections, and Many more....

So for the Women who are concerned with personal protection, the Law enforcement Officers who need the abilities to protect others as well as themselves, the Children who lack confidence, and the many other individuals that self defense and conditioning training can benefit, this program is also for you! You can recieve all of the same top training techniques that can help assist your physical and mental conditioning while giving you the ability to effectively defend your self in any real life situation.

This is a physical hands on Mixed Martial Arts and Conditioning program specializing in:

WHO CAN APPLY:

1. Children - Ages 5 to 17

2. Women - Ages 16 and up - must be 18 years old to compete as a professional athlete

3. Men - Ages 16 and up - must be 18 years old to compete as a professional athlete
